Ed Bacon (1910-2005), Philadelphia’s renowned city planning director, was famous for his passion, colorful personality, and bold Urban Renewal projects that put Philadelphia on the national stage in the 1950s and 60s. The Ed Bacon Foundation invites you to join us for a
panel discussion with prominent media personalities who interviewed Bacon over the years. The discussion will include what Bacon was like in person, his legacy for  Philadelphia, and the future of our city’s planning and civic leadership.
